Inspection & Mapping — Exterior and attic walk to locate areas of possible entry: boxed roof returns, eave/soffit gaps behind gutters, gable vents, ridge vent ends, plumbing jack boots, roof-to-wall step flashing, chimney/cricket, utility penetrations (A/C, gas, conduit), garage door daylight, and brick weep holes.
Photo-Documentation — Before/after photos and a simple roof/elevation diagram for your records.
Seal & Secure (Roofline) — Close return pockets, gable louvers, and ridge edges using ¼″ galvanized hardware cloth (hemmed) plus pro-grade sealants; install lead-boot guards and correct open step-flashing laps.
Seal & Secure (Walls & Utilities) — Pack copper mesh (Xcluder-type) and apply long-life sealant at A/C line-set, cable/Internet, gas, and conduit penetrations; replace garage astragal/side brush seals; fit weep-hole inserts that preserve drainage.
Sanitation & Odor Control (as needed) — Spot clean droppings and touch-up insulation in impacted zones; optional enzyme deodorizer.
Monitoring — Exterior tamper-resistant stations to verify no new activity post-seal (IPM monitoring vs. reliance on interior bait).
Quality Check & Report — Final walkthrough, photo set, and an exclusion completion report with all closure points listed.
